Maybe this can help the devs to fix the bug untill Apple fix it?
Yes I get this too, even in Chrome, asking me to auto save a weird password, sometimes the username is off too, here is a screenshot.

What is weird is it kinda fixed itself. I was using firefox since someone here recommended it didn't lag as much, so was using firefox, and it kept asking me to save a username and password and I kept declining, even in Safari I kept declining to save, then now in Chrome it works fine, not sure if that was the trick to fix it. Keep on declining to save or 'never save' for this website in Safari and Chrome.

I have this issue on my Archer C7V2, but not on my DIR-880L, DIR-882, or DIR-825, running R46733.
The Archer C7 web server is unusable from an IOS Safari or IOS Chrome device, but my other devices (Windows 10 or old Android) are fine.

I think the MAC randomization maybe only for iOS, I could be wrong, couldnt find it for Mac OSX. My problem came back after I uninstalled a VPN's applet on the router. Slow loading of the GUI, just became frustrated and now using OpenWRT (Kong's latest version) for my R7800.

So I actually got so tired of it I went and fired up a Windows VM and ran Chrome on it. I'm still getting the lag and timeouts even in the VM. It's clear that something is wrong with these most recent builds, and that it goes beyond the Mac and iOS.

well it seems i mistakenly "fixed" this accidentally while after something else completely unrelated..
the only things that were changed were:
-update build to r46885 (before was available to public)
-disable hyperthreading in bios
changed sysctl settings to:
-tcp_low_latency = 1
-tcp_timestamps = 0
-tcp_tw_recycle = 0
-tcp_slow_start_after_idle = 0
thats it. and the difference between r46872 and r46885 doesnt seem to show anything relating to httpd.. so i think it might be one of the tcp options.. feel free to try those and see if it fixes it. this is on x86-64.
ios version hasnt changed either, still 14.7 beta 2, same browsers, browser versions, etc. (issue started since 14.5 beta 1 and through all betas and "stable" releases as well afterwards).
now it just works normally again on my phone... _________________LATEST FIRMWARE(S)

Still laggy/timing out here. I realized that we should be providing specific version numbers for people trying this at home, so here's what I have:
Netgear R7500v2 running build 46885
macOS 11.4 running Safari 14.1.1, laggy and timing out
macOS 11.4 running Chrome 91.0.4472.77, laggy
macOS 11.4 running Firefox 89, laggy
iOS 14.6 running Safari, laggy and timing out
macOS 11.4 running Parallels 16.5.0 running a VM of Windows 10 (20H2, 19042.1023) running Chrome 91.0.4472.77, laggy
Sometimes when the page eventually comes up, it's like the CSS is missing and there's just text everywhere without formatting/layout.
I've also had an SSH session running at the same time, and I notice that there can be a bit of delay there as well.
