I don't recall if I inquired with the developer or whether or not there was a response. I do know at the moment without searching my email that from the obvious source of information that there has been no work done on porting this device. So NO, there isn't any DD-WRT support for this device at the present time.

There was never a fullflash / bootlog dump or anything else provided in this thread

Here is the dump file TL-WR845N V4 dumped by Padavan.

Post and file link https://laptopworld.su/tp-link-tl-wr845n-v-4/

I also attached the dump file here.

With dump file is working on 845n v4 without any problems?

Using this dump file Padavan makes a Firmware that works perfectly on my device wr-845n v4 without any issue. I attached the firmware here. Using TFTP to flash it.

Default data:
Wifi: asus
IP: 192.168.1.1
Admin: admin
password: 1234567890

I hope if DD-WRT developers try, they can make it support 845n v4.

I'm new to this custom firmware creation and tftp flashing, I basically flashed some random openwrt firmware and ended up bricking my router, this fixed it and now the router works like a charm, can someone please help me create a similar firmware to the file attached above so I can have it all new with the patches which were made to software since then.
