Clearly your SSID should be Broccoli but seriously try setting 2.4 GHz channel 1 for example, instead of Auto.

Regardless of the name, I just put any name,

Is this setting should be fine?

LOL Broccoli was a joke! Generally, I choose channels 1, 6 or 11 then set the extension channel accordingly.

Now using 20 MHz channel width you can ignore the extension channel.

I do not know your region, but you have access up to channel 13?

A great free open source phone app is Wifi Analyzer by VREM.

This helps to choose a clean channel away from neighbors.

I still get disconnected and reconnect,
Yes, I used the software you mention.

I am currently making Mac Filter, but not sure if that can help or not.

Things you can try :
use N-G Mixed mode.

Use a Kernel 3 build (which is actually K4) from the Broadcom K3X directory

Full reset before and after upgrading are necessary and put settings in manually. Never restore from a backup

Check the wiki there might be an upgrade path necessary (or wait for KP69 he knows more about this router)

Also refer to the wifi settings sticky and wiki for Broadcom. I am not sure if I copied and pasted my upgrade path for BCM MIPS to a text file or not, but if you search my posts, you will find it. I have seen some folks cross over from K2.6 to K3.x (K4.x) on more recent builds without much issue, so all I can say is reset to defaults after you've flashed and rebooted (do not use the reset to defaults after flash on the firmware upgrade page, it is broken and will soft brick the router!) and re-configure manually if you do upgrade to K3.x/K4.x without reverting to use my upgrade path.
