Router: Netgear Nighthawk X10
Installed DD-WRT Version: DD-WRT v3.0-r40559 std (08/06/19)
CPU Model: Annapurna Labs Alpine
Reported Temperatures CPU 48.0 °C / ath0 60 °C / ath1 66 °C

I got this recently because my old Linksys E3000 400Mhz cpu has been showing it's age with the network I have were we were getting actually getting noticeable lag on the whole network. I got the whole network switch over while everyone was asleep and there was a issue when I woke up the Wifi Radios 2.4Ghz and 5Ghz was turned off or crashed and had to restart the router. The LAN ports were still working. I have the 60Ghz disabled since there is no AD devices in the house.

this is all through the error Log with several pages full of this.

Code:
Apr 1 14:17:52 DD-WRT kern.err kernel: [11477.383786] wil6210 0003:01:00.0 giwifi0: __wmi_send: WMI: cannot send command while FW not ready

The X10 is a great router and works well with DD-WRT. I suggest you flash it with the factory to ddwrt image and then update with the current build. I have that router on the latest build and am very pleased.

factory-to-ddwrt.img is for stock firmware webUI or TFTP recovery mode.

r9000-webupgrade.bin is for DD-WRT webUI or CLI flash (Telnet/SSH).

No need to upload firmware twice, both are the full version DD-WRT.

After boot into the new build r46239 you may want to hardware reset (button hold 7 seconds)

or nvram erase && reboot from Telnet as root, either way manually reconfigure from scratch.

A linky to the new update for my X10 would help to were I know the right one. Also I would have to wait to flash it when everyone is asleep. I also put 2 fans on 1 on each side to help with the temp the radio was hovering around 60C+ now 40c-50c and the wifi hasn't crashed yet

nothing like a multicore router lol.

Only would've taken a few clicks from @blkt's post:

https://download1.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2021/04-01-2021-r46239/netgear-r9000/

factory-to-ddwrt.img is for TFTP recovery or initial flash, webupgrade.bin is for upgrading to a new release or reverting to an old release.

Before I update I guess I will have to save the config and write down the config details late tonight
