I have been stuck with r44048 since it was released Due to my Galaxy Note 9 behaving poorly with the newer builds WiFi. I would experience hang ups, and connection drops with every new build I tried. I would always have to revert back to r44048 as soon as any connection problems developed because it's the best known build for WiFi needs.
Coolest CPU temps I have seen yet.
Wifi Channel Quality strength is much higher.
WiFi speed test are slightly faster.
Back to back multiple speed tests are not causing WiFi connection to fail.

1900ACS (upgraded from previous release with no rest)
Just a quick note, this release still has issues, I have been working though the latest several version trying to find something a little more stable with no luck
Wi Fi Falls over eventually (as in drops out but can still see the SSID just not connect to it) , SMB falls over and GUI falls over
I will edit with more info later when I can be bothered rebooting the router as the GUI only stay up for a few minutes. Wifi is still up 30 mins later
Issues again with WiFi after upgrading from r46177 release without reset.
But I tried enable/disable "Disassoc Low Ack" as proposed above and it's been stable now for sometime.
Sorry to report everyone after 3 hours of testing build r46239 suddenly WiFi traffic just stopped working. Im sure of the same outcome, but going to test r46220 one more time before reverting back to r44048. With the next builds I will be much slower to report.
Upgraded WRT1200AC v1's from r46220 to r46239 using Brave 1.10.91 (64-bit) running on Linux Mint 20.1 OS hardwired via Cat6.
Successful update and reboot. No reset, nothing disabled prior to update, uptime approx 24 hrs, wired/wireless connected, vpn up immediately (Expressvpn). I do not use NAS. SFE and IPv6 are always disabled. OpenVPN client/DNSMasq, QoS with PIE always enabled. I do not have any Apple devices.
Kernel Version Linux 4.9.264 #2524 SMP Thu Apr 1 00:56:47 +07 2021 armv7l
No issues with a routine update session. Worked all day under heavy usage with no drops. Streamed multiple devices late last night. All devices still connected this morning. No GUI issues for me.
All is good, including DNSSEC and OpenVPN, no warnings in Syslog or OpenVPN log.
Will update if there's any issues. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM WLAN0 and 1 have same SSID

Update 1: I decided to give this build another try.
The first time I set the build up. I populated DNS perimeters in "Network Address Server Settings DHCP" with "Ignore WAN DNS", and "OpenVPN Client". Before about 3 hours traffic just stopped. This second attempt I'm now using "Ignore WAN DNS", "Dnsmasq", and "OpenVPN Client". Now just over 3 hours with no Connection issues with WiFi. I will continue to test, and report back only if anything changes.
Update 2: Woke up this morning, and did a couple of speed test back to back without failure. Browsed the internet without failure. Wifi stayed connected through the night, and traffic was flowing. Will test again later after work and report back.
Update 3: Returned from work with all devices connected, and working. The one device that gives me most problems is my Note 9 so I always test WiFi with it mostly. Note 9 connected fine after arriving home. Ran many speed test without failure. and oddly enough no errors are logging after multiple speed test. No dropped connections, but every blue moon the device, or build acts like it has a delay in resolving some web pages very quickly, but still loads, and doesn't drop connections doing so. I get this same issue using NordVPN app on some other devices when away from router.
My only recommendation is to use "Dnsmasq" for all your DNS needs instead of basic "Network Address Server Settings DHCP"
Hope this helps. I will be saving this builds backup.
Now to test the newest build r46259.
Another weird issue, my NAS is no longer showing up. In my network list, when I click on my router to try to access my NAS, it requires a User Name and Password. My router UN and PW don't work.
