Which Software for Unifi AC Mesh (UAP-AC-M == UAP-AC-MESH)

http://ftp.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2022/10-13-2022-r50500/ubnt_UAP-AC-MESH/ has flash instructions if that's your model and firmware. theres instructions for the v2 as well, so you need to know whats what.

So I solved the mistery.

the command "mtd" was removed from my current Firmware version.

according the OpenWRT instructions it's mandatory to get back to version 3.7.58

so I flashed the 3.7.58 firmware via TFTP an supprise the command now is available

Writing from flash-upgrade.bin to kernel0 ...

activation is required so be prepared by purchasing a dd-wrt license

Thanks for the information!
How time flies... I still have a UAP-AC-M lying around here and will probably test it now.
What are your experiences so far? Is it running stable?
Have you also tried a revert?

So "flash-upgrade.bin" is the right one... nice!
I wonder which devices the "flash-upgrade_bin.bin" and "ubnt_UAP-AC-M-webflash-firmware.bin" are intended for.

Revert, no, was not required to go back to unifi FW

webflash firmware is for updating the device to newer SW releases, I did that 1 month ago --> update over webinterface

activation is an automated process as I remember, buy, pay, receive codes.
