transmissions_bt changes to default settings

Model Netgear R7000P

If I make a setting change, the next reboot transmissions_bt changes to default settings. Modification is not so well adapted to dd-wrt. the default setting (settings.json) in the router rom needs to modify. and give me a method to change the default value. I am new in the dd-wrt. I entered rom by using WinSCP successfully (source: YouTube). but I can't find the default settings.json in the rom. Some youtube video people change default values in the file. Can someone help me? ten days I can't download anything.

Not sure what you mean by entering rom with winscp

is a drive connected to the configured path? if not, this is normal. the config is written to the drives path
