Is it possible to tell DD-WRT when it sees a certain mac trying to connect that it needs to hand out a specific ip?

The reason im asking is if i need to use my laptop at school and home i dont want to always change my ip from auto to static.

Yes, see under the "Services" tab, "Static Leases".
