I just tried 45454, and could cause the stall in data using the same speed test approach as earlier builds on my WRT3200ACM. What was weird, that I don’t think I noticed before, was that when I ran the tests on my iPhone 11, the 5G WiFi also stalled on my iPad. I don’t have any non-Apple WiFi devices so I think the stall is just the router stopping data flow over the WiFi outright. Again, no errors or clues in the logs.
Thanks, so still nothing, there isn't a version after 44048 that doesn't have wifi problems with apple devices! what a pity! _________________ Linksys WRT3200ACM AP 1

I'm having lots of issues with iPhone/iPad connections past build 44048 too. The Apple devices are able to connect to the router and has internet for the first 15-20 minutes. After that, it completely loses internet connection despite still being connected on WiFi.
yes indeed it is! unfortunately, those who have apple devices must stop at the 44048 version! _________________ Linksys WRT3200ACM AP 1

Confirming same issue on b44048 and later builds (d-link dir-632).
These are my settings:
Could you please share your 2.4 ghz settings that works for iphones/ipads on build 44048. There might be some strange setting' fault I believe.
Perhaps I’m imagining things, but I just tried a hint I saw on one of the recent release threads.
I have been using 45454 for about a week and suffering through the data stalls since I’m worried about using 44048 and the older dnsmasq (dnspooq vulnerability). So I tried setting my 5Ghz to auto channel width and auto channel. I had been using VHT80 and channel 140-lower for the longest time.
About 20 speed tests in so far and it’s been stable. Yes, I have half the previous bandwidth (300mbps up/down to internal servers) but it seems stable. For iPhones and iPads, I can live with that. Everything else I have is wired directly.
Is there something to this or am I just in denial?
I tried 45454 on my 1900ACS - wireless mode=mixed, channel width=dynamic, wireless channel=auto. No luck for me. Everyone in the house attached to the wifi with an Apple device started bitchin' at me in unison. Back to 44048.
What DTIM value do you guys use for 44048 builds?
I do lost connection with an iPad with Beacon 100/ DTIM 1.
Testing now with DTIM 3 and beacon 100.
BI = 100, DTIM = 2 - these have been good in my environment with 44048 and earlier. I noticed the wiki has been updated to try BI of 300 or 400 with a DTIM of 1. I tried these on the newest releases but it did not help, so I fell back to 44048 with BI=100 and DTIM=2.
I don't know if this will help anyone, but I've not been having Apple device issues, but the only recent device I honestly have from Apple is a 2018 MBP. All other Apple devices are older on my household (AppleTV before 4K, iPhone 7, iPod Touch).
My settings are in my signature, but in addition to that, make sure to go to the wireless security section, change the preshared key of the wifi to something simple, then disable it, then re-enable it with only WPA2 CCMP 128, and then lastly reboot, put the pre-shared key you wanted, save, apply, and reboot again.
That last thing has bitten me before, I don't know if that's a DDWRT issue, or a driver issue, but Crypto is very finicky.
In addition to that, those that have multiple routers in their home, especially multiple DDWRT routers, you all need to set up RTS/CTS at varying values on the same antennas, so as to not run into collision issues (though not too high as to affect speeds/latency):
