Netgear r-6700v3
I was able to successfully create a guest network unbridging and adding the wl0 and wl1 on separate networks. However because it seems my router can only have a maximum of 2 additional dhcp servers under networking "multiple dhcp server" and I wanted to also create a Vlan with its own network I was trying to bridge the guest network of wl0 and wl1 together. I created a br1 and gave it its own IP. the wl0 SSID connects just fine but the wl1 SSID refuses to connect.
