I don't know if this is related to my (shitty) provider (only IPv4 and very often not working at all) or my mobile devices. Had quite a few added to be able to work from home.
IF more than 2 devices are active on 2.4GHz wireless, my tablet very often stalls out on 5GHz wireless unless I use wireguard to a external server (configured as endpoint).
Read: "Connection reset by peer" and cannot access websites for a few minutes.
During those times wired devices have no problem.
In same conjunction VoIP connections via Wifi are unstable and drop out if more than two devices are active on 2.4GHz.
"Active" as in "the devices have an IP and do nothing else".
No log entries appear during those phases.
Tried disabling TurboQUAM, changing channels, width etc. to no avail.
It might be related to my Subnotebook being active on 2.4GHz, featuring an Intel Dual Band Wireless-AC 3165 wifi.
If it is active ping times to other devices via wireless "sometimes" increase from ~below 10ms to ~100ms.
Some speedtests via speedtest.net or Iperf do not reveal any caveats, but of course this always happens when no test is running.
