After updating my iphone SE 2020(A13) to iOS 14, I could no longer use iphone as the WAN source anymore. once downgrade to iOS13, the USB tethering back to work again.
I have the Linksys WRT-1900AC v1 (r44467 24/09/2020)
iPhone 11 Pro 512GB iOS 14.01
iPhone tethers correctly, IPv4 & IPv6 address's both showing in router sys-info however for some reason it will not allow "other devices" to connect to the internet via WiFi &/or Wired.
I was using iOS 13.7 & all the previous firmware(s) & always working 100% perfectly.
If i connect my old iPhone 4S 32GB to the router using tethering mode, the internet works 100% perfectly.
It seems this is an iOS 14 issue & NOT a modem/router or DD-WRT firmware issue.
Thethering works fine when connected to a computer directly (Apple Laptop etc)
Thank you, blkt for incorporating the patch! Does anyone has an idea for when the build is scheduled? Would be really great to see it out soon. I’m really excited and can’t wait until someone finds the time to compile it.
PS: I tried to do it myself for two weekends now and failed epically..
