Spectrum IPv6 suddenly no longer works on dd-wrt

I've been using ipv6 with prefix delegation for 2-3 years now on a WRT1200AC with no issues on Spectrum. But now it will no longer grab an external ipv6 address. If I plug straight into the modem I get an address and it works on an ipv6 test.

I've tried upgrading firmware, downgrading. Even tried the stock firmware. Someone help please.

what are you ipv6 settings?
