Notes:
• CVE-2019-14899 VPN fix (applicability depends on VPN setup) and GUI toggle. 6920, 6928, 6931, 6932 (WIP 7040)
In-kernel Samba has been implemented this year and default min/max versions have changed 6954, 6957, with WSD support.
• VAP issue is fixed! For any Wireless Mode, create a VAP and both ath0/ath1 should now function properly.

• There may be remaining issues for Samba (for example NTFS), with frequent updates.

Important:
• If reporting issues provide applicable info: 'dmesg', 'cat /tmp/var/log/messages', syslog, serial output, strace, tcpdump etc.
• For firewall NAT or WAN issues provide 'iptables -vnL', 'iptables -t nat -vnL', 'iptables -t mangle -vnL' and the /tmp/.ipt file.
• Search existing SVN tickets before opening a new one. Before reporting, reset and manually setup (no nvram backup).
• Be sure to include operating and wireless modes (Gateway, AP, CB, etc.) along with relevant configuration information.

I have the Linksys WRT-1900AC v1 (r44483 02/10/2020)
iPhone 11 Pro 512GB iOS 14.01

iPhone tethers correctly, IPv4 & IPv6 address's both showing in router sys-info however for some reason it will not allow "other devices" to connect to the internet via WiFi &/or Wired.

I was using iOS 13.7 & all the previous firmware(s) & always working 100% perfectly.

If i connect my old iPhone 4S 32GB to the router using tethering mode, the internet works 100% perfectly.

It seems this is an iOS 14 issue & NOT a modem/router or DD-WRT firmware issue.

iPhone tethering works A-OK when connected directly to a laptop or computer.

Has anyone been able to get a reliable fix?

Upgraded from 44048 without issues via GUI and no reset.

Issues: Wifi is still unreliable for me. With 5ghz 80-wide channels, performance is great and stable for a while but then wifi connections go into a zombie state for iphones and macbooks (maybe others as well). Recycling the wifi on the client fixes it right away but it doesn't last long. With 5ghz 40-wide channels, I don't see the zombie connections as often but performance is all over the map with high buffer bloat. Tried a bunch of different things but had to fall back to 44048.

Wireguard client: Using Mullvad client config following parts of Hellakenut's "idiots guide for commercial clients" and egc's updated guide to eliminate the startup script.

Kernel: Linux 4.9.231 #1979 SMP Sun Aug 2 03:35:09 +03 2020 armv7l

Linksys WRT3200ACM: gateway mode, DNSMasq for DNS and DHCP, Wireguard client (Mullvad), Firewall enabled, QoS enabled HTB-CAKE, PBR enabled (SFE disabled). WIFI: 2.4ghz: NG-mixed, 20mhz channel width, channel 1, WPA2-CCMP-128. 5ghz: AC/N mixed, 80mhz channel width, channel 36+upper, WPA2-CCMP-128.

Linksys WRT1900ACSv1: router mode, hardwired ethernet lan to WRT3200ACM above. WIFI: 2.4ghz: NG-mixed, 20mhz channel width, channel 11, WPA2-CCMP-128. 5ghz: AC/N mixed, 80mhz channel width, channel 149+upper, WPA2-CCMP-128.

Clients: Apple MACOS x 4, IOS x 4, Apple TV, Chromecast Audio x 2, Eufy doorbells, Lutron Caseta, Axis Camera, Samsung TV, Nest thermostat, EtekCity outlets (Espressif)..

Router/Version: wrt32x
File/Kernel: Linux 4.9.236 #2100 SMP Fri Sep 18 11:06:48 +03 2020 armv7l
Previous/Reset: DD-WRT v3.0-r44406 std (09/18/20)
Mode/Status: AP only
Issues/Errors: Web upgrade without reset to default. It looks ok after update. After few hours back to home, the wireless becomes unstable and cannot connect. I tried using firefox login into router and no response but SSH without problem. Also, i cannot see "httpd -n -S -p 80 -m 443" in SSH top.
I tried to hard reset to factory default. it seems no help at all.
NTP server also problematic during start up. It cannot connect NTP server via IP (not hostname). It is necessary to stop and start process monitor then get back to normal.

Upgraded WRT1200AC v1's from r44467 to r44483 using Brave Version 1.10.97 (64-bit) running on Linux Mint 20 OS.

Successful update and reboot. No reset, nothing disabled prior to update, uptime aproximatly 21 hrs, wired/wireless connected, vpn up immediately (Expressvpn). I do not use NAS. SFE is always disabled. OpenVPN client/DNSMasq, QoS with PIE always enabled.

Kernel Version Linux 4.9.237 #2128 SMP Fri Oct 2 00:43:25 +03 2020 armv7l

Wired/wireless/VPN/VPN passthru/DNSMasq/QoS working with no issues. Wirelessly streamed several hours with multiple devices yesterday with no drops or buffering. GUI and browser response time seems noticably faster.

Reverted to 43471; while the WiFi, for most devices, seemed stable, the Google Nest doorbell was reported offline for up to 15 minutes multiple times (at least four) since upgrading. I'm presuming this was an issue with the 2.4Ghz WiFi and not an issue with the Google servers themselves. (Interestingly, though, we also have a WiFi security camera streaming to a different device; it had no issues.)

Hello all,

DD-WRT
Waterfox 2020.09
Router Model Linksys WRT1900ACS
Firmware Version DD-WRT v3.0-r44483 std (10/02/20)
Kernel Version Linux 4.9.237 #2128 SMP Fri Oct 2 00:43:25 +03 2020 armv7l
Current Time Mon, 05 Oct 2020 18:19:41
Uptime 2 days, 8:56

Connection Type:PPPoE 1Gbps

IPv6:DHCPV6 with prefix delegation -on- IPv4/IPv6 dual-stack -OK
Avoid DHCP6 client release on reconnect-Enable!!!

Port Forwarding:OK

5GHz wpa2(AES)Channel width 80MHz Mixed, wireless channel 48 Radio Time Restrictions On Short GI-on, Single User Beamforming-on,- All Ok

2.4GHz wpa2(AES)Channel width 20/40 MHz Mixed, wireless channel 11 Radio Time Restrictions On, Disable LDPC (ESP8266 Workaround)on, TurboQAM (QAM256) support on, - All Ok
wireless region-Romania

On the ETHERNET side things move very well, it runs without problems 1Gbps,in the speed test it has a value somewhere at 934 Mbps..

in the link below some screenshots with my settings:

http://s.go.ro/s728kyks

wifi without errors, wired internet moves very fast and fluid, the only inconvenience is speed on the wifi side, speed fluctuates in speed test and does not exceed 490Mbps, speed on wifi fluctuates not constant, this is the only minus!

Your cat output is identical to mine.
The CPU is a Marvell Armada 385 88F6820.

According to Marvell, this is a design based on ARM v7:

https://www.marvell.com/products/infrastructure-processors/multi-core-processors/armada/armada-38x.html

No idea about the revision though... .

The WiFi chipset is a Marvell 88W8864:
