Trying to break in to the CFE on a R8000 that seems to be stuck in a boot loop (like xmas tree lights flashing).
i have done this before on different Netgear routers and also the r8000, i know you guys will reply back as i would saying it's all about timing but i feel this is different
the output only gets so far then repeats, last time i had one in boot loop i am sure it got further into the boot, putty output:

CFE for Foxconn Router R8000 version: v1.0.9
Build Date: Fri Dec 22 17:43:26 CST 2017
Init Arena
Init Devs.
Boot up from NAND flash...
Bootcode Boot partition size = 524288(0x80000)
DDR Clock: 400 MHz
Info: DDR frequency set from clkfreq=1000,*800*
Warning: invalid DDR setting of 800 MHz ignored. DDR frequency will be set to 400 MHz.
et2: Broadcom BCM47XX 10/100/1000 Mbps Ethernet Controller 7.14.43.2 (r474543)
CPU type 0x0: 1000MHz
Tot mem: 262144 KBytes

Committing NVRAM...done
Waiting for reset button release...donDigital core power voltage set to 1.0V
Decompressing...done

Repeats .....

i am aware on when to ctrl +C but i've tried to get in to this now for a few days off and on to no avail.
I've not seen any response from a ping

C:\Users\foz>ping 192.168.1.1 -t

Pinging 192.168.1.1 with 32 bytes of data:
Reply from 192.168.1.10: Destination host unreachable.
repeats

Any thoughts on recovering?
Thanks for any help in advance.

OK. Finally managed to recover it after hours and hours of tries and googling the net.

Following https://forum.dd-wrt.com/phpBB2/download.php?id=42046
instructions and specifically NMRPFLASH tool saved my router.

this post has a pdf with some un-bricking instructions. the nmrpflash worked for me in the past.

unfortunately it does not reach the stage during boot to be able to TFTP firmware over. The above output in OP was read from serial connection. See my ping output, ping does not reach the bootloader ttl=100
