Updated via webif. No 'nvram erase' this time, last one was in July 2018 (r36325).
There is a minor issue with the packet count on wl0.1 and "Connected Clients" stuck at zero. The wl0 and wl1 counts seem correct.
Upload and Download speeds are good. Nothing unexpected in the syslog. GRC port probe shows "stealth".
Current basic R7000 setup (subject to change of course):
- Static WAN IP
- SFE - On
- STP - On
- IPv4 only, both WAN and LAN
- LAN DHCP Enabled
- Wireless: AP, Regulatory Domain = CANADA, wl0 Mixed (ch. 6), wl1 AC/N-Mixed (ch. 149, VHT80), AES
- 1 wireless VLAN on wl0
- SNMP disabled, SSH enabled, Telnet disabled
- Firewall enabled, Log Level high
- Syslog: to local server. klogd: disabled.
- USB support - Off
- No custom scripts
- NO: ttraf, Tor, VNC, Zabbix, VPN, Radius

This is my primary home firewall / Gateway / WIFI AP. Very happy with it under dd-wrt for many months now. No issues seen so far. Not using any significant services other than packet routing.

I'm now seeing that my Samba shares aren't showing up with the server string, default or something I enter. I can get to them directly via the IP still. Here's the relevant log info:

Initially posted that in the wrong 44467 thread (for Atheros). The WRT54Gv5 stabilized on 44467. httpd does not want to stay running, but wireless & routing seems to work fine. 44467 is not a worse micro build than 44406. The real problem with the WRT54Gv5 is the 8MB of RAM, which is probably why httpd keeps dying.
After 4 days of uptime, new WiFi connections fail to authenticate; existing ones remain up. Wired connections work fine.
Router: D-Link 880L
Upgraded from the last version to the latest.
Disabling Klogd in Services->Services makes the router inaccessible after reboot (when it comes to administration panel).
It hangs up while trying to connect through PPoE to the internet (the WAN diode stays orange)
Thankfully - I was able to reset the settings with the pin hole on the router, rolled back to the previous version (4406), after disabling Klogd everything works ok.
It seems like a crash.
Before rolling back to the previous version - I've tried also to reset the settings with the nvram commands (nvram erase, erase nvram, nvram commit, reboot), but after the reboot, setting Klogd to "Disable" and another reboot - it kept hanging up while trying to connect through PPoE.
Also - the newest build (44467) loses connections all the time, while downloading bigger files or streaming or even playing games (at least - every 1-3 minutes)
Rolling back to 4406 (and DISABLING klogd) also fixes those problems.
