Method for installing DD-WRT on Archer C1900v2?

The page says that it can be done, but any installs of FW on my US v2 results in an error that the FW cannot be upgraded. Is there some way to fix this either TFTP/JTAG/etc?

I do not find anything that says C1900V2 is supported by DD-WRT.
