Guest access with bridged router r8500

Still running with WiFi and IP redirection for over 24 hours!!
I don't know what did it; I gave up on all the rules and just started importing various firmware.
NOW, I need guest access, but need to have a bridged setup as I have to back up my wireless computers to my wired server.
Every article starts of with unbridging the router! How do I get around this; or, do I misunderstand bridging?
