this is output of iw list.

I'm missing from 5835-6100, radio is airgrid m5 XW, reg domain is set to US. What reg domain should i set to unlock higher or all frequencies?

build: DD-WRT v3.0-r43904 std (07/23/20)
Router: Ubiquiti Airgrid M5 XW

I'm sure that atheros chipset does support frequencies I need, but I'm not able to use them with DDWRT. Probably reg domain issue, even with superchannels enabled

I am not sure but you maybe have to buy a key to unlock?

SuperChannel requires a separate activation from the paid firmware license:

I have key and SuperChannels are unlocked. I am able to set any channel in 5MHz step increase (superchannels), but I can't see any channels from 5835-6100. I know this chipset support that channels 5835-6100 because I'm able to use them with default firmware, but not with DDWRT

Do your client devices support this... that's the question to ask, perhaps.
