|
I have had the Remote WebGUI Management turned off for quite a long time and just noticed that it is still accessible from outside my LAN. Further more, I have Telnet disabled since forever, but yet it is still accessible from both inside the LAN and from the WAN. Anyone have any ideas about this?
Thanks
EDIT: DOH! My fault! Even though I was accessing my dyndns address for the router, I was still connected to my LAN WiFi. Once I disconnected the WiFi from my phone, I was no longer able to telnet or access the remote management GUI. Sorry about that. That also explains why it was allowing access via port 80, because it knew I was inside the LAN. DOH DOH DOH! I feel so stupid. _________________ Linksys EA8500 (Internet Gateway, AP/VAP) - DD-WRT r53562
