I have a Archer C8 with v3.0-r40559 std (08/06/19) installed, which seems to be the latest available to this router.
I tried several different setup options to enable OLSR, but the web page (8080 port) never shows up.
Which are the conditions to have it enabled? Is there any command to check the deamon is running? ps -a?
I do not know why you need it (probabaly mesh?) but most DDWRT builds also include BATMAN (I never used either so cannot give any specifics about it)
40599 is an old and crappy build
Yes, I'm trying to stablish a mesh system using OLSR. I followed the instructions on wiki, but found some issues: my version (Archer c doesn't have the ad hoc mode, in spite of the mention on wiki that any router mode should work. The OLSR web page doesn't appear. I've searched a lot of posts on this forum but no success so far.
