Cant access NEW samba paths.

I am running v3.0-r39960M kongac (06/08/19). I have two samba paths that I've had up and running for 8 months. I created a new share on ddwrt. On my Windows 10 machine I see all three shares and I can access the other two, but when I try to open the new one, I get a "Windows can not access \\192.168.1.21\new" error.

If new share is set up EXACTLY like the other two and the new one is actually recognized by Windows, why can't I access it?
