Hey all,

I was looking at the Trac for DD-WRT this morning and noticed entries about disabling Beamforming for the 2.4Ghz channels. I'm unclear if this is a universal change, or just for specific routers. I'm asking in this area because my particular router R7000 is broadcom based.

With that said, I haven't had any issues I can speak of with beamforming enabled on both radios, so I was wondering if there was someone who knows more about this who could say if this is for specific routers, or everything.

Thanks
