Keep more than 50% CPU Loading
Keep on consuming 40% Memory!
ath0 & ath0.1 Wifi Connection are too slow but ath1 and ath1.1 did not happen this problem.

First, I do not have a guideline about error logs in DD-WRT but I have read all the message from the syslog and klog. If I posted all of message with winscp, my router information will show to everyone such as MAC Address, IP Address and Test Devices so I just post that I have found in router issues and have screened out the useful error message.

The time sync have problem.
I had set the Radio Time Restrictions in ath0. If the timesync did not work. The Radio Time Restrictions Function is equal to disabled.
I really did not know the Code 408 but I believe that it is related to memory usage but it keeps a long time in WRT32X. In WRT1900ACSV2 and WRT1200AC, I have not found. The memory usage (512MB) is spent 40%. Comparing with the other router, although I do not the reason, this memory used is too high.
The CPU usage is high. It keeps on 50%.
Finally, I also think the USB port may have problem. Some error message is showed about USB but the port of USB is been using for USB Fan so I do not report in the forum.

If you don't know how to sanitize your logs to post in a text file attachment, provide properly redacted specific configuration screenshots, *WE* cannot help you. If you make 30 posts in this thread like you've done before with nonsense, I'm going to split it to a completely separate thread so you have as much space as you need to figure it out. Nothing you have presented is usable so far. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

So far, I see you are using autochannel on wi-fi and smartdns, but your entire configuration is kind of a mystery. As best I can tell, your configuration is probably the problem because your network is failing. SmartDNS guide is still WIP, so I have no idea if your configuration is in conflict there - you should probably disable SmartDNS and configure DNSMasq correctly. And I am sure somewhere in the stickies in the top of the Marvell forum or in a wiki somewhere, the recommended wi-fi settings are given.
P.S. I do not report or list in my signature any of my test bench routers, but none of my Marvell bench units have any of the problems you are describing with this firmware. _________________ "Life is but a fleeting moment, a vapor that vanishes quickly; All is vanity"

Auto channel is set due to many routers are near my location. I think around 200 routers. If I did not set the auto, the signal may be disturbed.
Then, I do not agree your point about auto wifi channel in WRT32X ath0 and ath1. The config setup is totally copying from WRT1900ACSV2. WRT1900ACSV2 have not happened the problem. However, CPU Loading of WRT32X is keep on 50% in default config! The memory usage was consumed around 40% basically since the secondary first build in 2018 Finally, SmartDNS is normal operation before disabled the function.
Problem:
NTP tool does not work in WRT32X.
If the user use the wifi ath0 and ath1, schedule reboot the router and set up the radio scheduler, the router may not be rebooted and disabled the Wifi AP or enabled the Wifi AP on schedule. That is the problem.

Your network cannot go down unless there is a configuration issue or an upstream switch/router/modem issue. Period. Reset to defaults and figure out where your configuration is broken, quit blindly copying a configuration from another router that has different hardware. A WRT32X is not a WRT1900ACS. All you have proved to me is that you are being hard-headed.
I had told you that I set to default config "Factory Settling". 50% CPU Loading are keeping!
I think that you should not worry about the config is damaged because I re-config the settling by my both hands and doubled check. In case of WRT1900ACSV2, it is working and operating in testing location. In WRT32X, the problems had found. I can go to facebook, twitter, and dd-wrt.com with laptop. After that, I tried to switch mode. NTP Tool had not be worked and show the warning in syslog. I may take off the cable to copy the syslog but I marked up before the warning message in the last last post.
Auto Random MAC Address
This script will change your eth1 MAC address to a random address, then it will apply it to the system and restart the interfaces.
#!/bin/ash
MAC=`(date; cat /proc/interrupts) | md5sum | sed -r 's/^(.{10}).*$/\1/; s/([0-9a-f]{2})/\1:/g; s/:$//;'`
echo "00:${MAC}"
ifconfig eth1 hw ether 00:${MAC}
nvram set def_hwaddr="00:${MAC}"
nvram set wan_hwaddr="00:${MAC}"
stopservice wan
startservice wan
I will download the syslog from WRT1900ACSV2. please wait!

Since you don't want to listen, I split this to a separate topic. Post whatever you wish, but it just seems apparent to me that your configuration is the problem. I'm done arguing with you about it.

If one of the other WRT32X users would chime in here and give known working configuration advice, that would be awesome.
