WAN Setup with VLAN 31 according to ISP

Please keep your screenshots within the size constraints per forum rules. It isn't that difficult to select the appropriate area of the router gui to use. I have been more than nice enough to fix this for you. If you continue to be hard-headed, I will delete the image(s) and/or lock your thread(s).

Does anybody have any other suggestion on how to solve this?

I've tried flashing DD-WRT v3.0-r43261 std (05/26/20) and setup all previously suggested command lines. My ISP didnt register a login.

To reiterate: My issue is that my ISP needs me to have the WAN port tagged to VLAN 31. Their sent and setup router works just fine so the ONT box seems not to be at fault.

Any help is greatly appreciated!
