Hello,

I had issues with wifi function on my brand new r6700v3.
So I did a try on ddwrt, but issues was the same.
So I tried to return to stock netgear firmware with that procedure : https://itstillworks.com/remove-ddwrt-netgear-12086307.html

Now the router is in infinite reboot.
For 1 or 2 second a ping 192.168.1.1 answer.
But I can do nothing.

Is there a chance to give him life again ?

Thank you.

That article should've specified what routers it refers to. You cannot use that how-to for Broadcom ARM, or later model QCA Netgear routers - because you do NOT do a 30-30-30 on Broadcom ARM or any newer model Netgear routers. You can try reset button with the router powered up for around ~10 seconds and release - it may take a few tries. It may even take holding it and powering it up and letting go after ~10 seconds a few times. Why you didn't use the instructions and files in the Netgear R6400 v2 and R6700v3 Install Guide right here in the forum, I don't know, but there are also de-bricking instructions in that thread.

I llready try to revert with the above link, but nothing happened : The router rebooted a few times, and I was still in ddwrt firmware.
Try to upgrade two times...

OK, I bricked it.

Never mind, it will return to Amazon.

I bought an archer C7 with which I got no more pb.

I think the r6700v3 had an issue from the biginning.
