That article should've specified what routers it refers to. You cannot use that how-to for Broadcom ARM, or later model QCA Netgear routers - because you do NOT do a 30-30-30 on Broadcom ARM or any newer model Netgear routers. You can try reset button with the router powered up for around ~10 seconds and release - it may take a few tries. It may even take holding it and powering it up and letting go after ~10 seconds a few times. I llready try to revert with the above link, but nothing happened : The router rebooted a few times, and I was still in ddwrt firmware.
Try to upgrade two times...
OK, I bricked it.
Never mind, it will return to Amazon.
I bought an archer C7 with which I got no more pb.
I think the r6700v3 had an issue from the biginning.
