I am locked out of my router gui, I am currently connected through ethernet and still cannot access. my son changed one of the wireless mode to Client Bridge. now I cannot access gui. I tried the 30/30/30 several times, does not work. the reason he changed is because his laptop kept getting kicked of the network. any help is appreciated an thank you in advance.
All you should need to do to reset it is hold the reset for about 10 seconds or so and release and let it reboot. This is after you hog-tie the son up and hang him by his ankles and tar and feather him.
reset did not work. I think the reset feature is turn on because of the kids and parental control.
Update I am still waiting for my package so nothing new to report. router is still in the same state. I can see two of the three wireless network. I do not understand why I cannot log in when connected to Ethernet
Right now I can browse through ethernet and wifi.
I am using V3.0[beta]build 40559
yes I changed the default username and password (I do know it, have it written down)
I cannot access the webUI, I think the physical interface is unbridged.
I attached a picture to show what I'm talking about if that help, I googled the image

So, basically you went straight to the router database and flashed a problem build. The one thing I would *try* until you get your supplies in is to shut it down. Push reset button. Power up. When the power light does it's thing, let go and try to TFTP a newer firmware to it or stock. If that doesn't work, I would try nmrplfash, and flash it back to stock and don't flash that @#$%^&*! 40559 build. You may want to check the build release threads, I have linked the most recent release, but you may want to check for issues with R8000 builds. 40270M kongac is better than that God-forsaken 40559 build.
