You could do a test by running the secondary computer in Windows Safe Mode with networking. If that makes a difference the problem should be associated with one of the processes not started in safe mode.
Cheers
Same thing.
I also tried brand new cat6 cables fromm router to PC, same result.
Hello so I have a R7000 with Firmware v3.0-r43078 std (05/07/20)
Every time I restart my secondary machine all other network units loses connection for a split second.
Is there anyway I can debug this in the router to see whats going on?
What if you disable that PC's network interfaces (All of them) before booting it up or rebooting it?
Duplicate IP addresses? Because the PC was using static IP?
Two DHCP servers?
Samba issues related to master browser?
Are they all connected using wireless network?

Sounds like it could be a hardware issue with the switch, have you tried new cables, switching which port said computer is plugged into, etc?

Any MAC address conflict?
Are all interfaces using it's hardware MAC, no cloned addresses?
Hi guys thanks for getting me this much attention, it seems I have figured it out...
After DAYS, re-installing new cables in the walls and outside, a real mess to say the least.
I got a couple of airties 4920 mesh setup, they seem to have been able to utterly destroy both wired and wifi connections to all units connected whenever my secondary machine rebooted. They both are single cat6 connected to my network without using their pass-through, none the less they must have had a bad firmware update from my fiber provider since they sent out firmware in waves, which I cannot control, anyways after some fiddling and removed all units and started 1 by 1, it found the root, those 2 bastards.
They are now hard reset with 5sec reset then power pulled for 30 seconds and put in again, this seems for now to have fixed all the issues!
What the hell? Would never had guessed that, I could understand that they maybe would throw wireless units off but all wired units too? hell of a bug.
