Hi
In the linksys WAP54G modem.
I changed the CPU overclocking to 250Mhz.
The router is no longer configurable and does not receive an IP.
Is there a way to revive the modem?
If you read the wiki, this is a tricky device to run DD-WRT on. Best advice I can give is read through the wiki and use any tips and tricks there. Outside of that, research the forum.
I did not get a positive result on the wiki.
This is the reason for raising it in the forum.
I found a solution through tftp
The upgrade is successful, but I still do not have access to the GUI web and I do not ping.
I also hard reset(30/30/30).
Do I have to do anything else?
Are you trying to connect via wired ethernet or wireless? You may have to connect to the wireless first. Some of these WAP devices are a little screwy.
I connect with wire.
Wireless is not detected.
Do I need to install the original Linksys firmware first And then put the dd-wrt firmware?

If you are TFTP recovering it, you should probably flash stock Linksys firmware since this device only uses the micro_generic.bin firmware images from DD-WRT. Again, per the wiki, these things are tricky to run DD-WRT on them, but it can be done. There's only a couple of firmware versions recommended in the wiki, also, so not sure if you can run the most recent builds as nobody has probably tried and reported. _________________ • Official Forum Rules, Guidelines & Helpful Information • Firmware FAQ • Installation Wiki • Where Do I Download Firmware?

Do whatever but AFAIK the r35531 was bestest on the WAP for what I use.
