Router+4G usb or Mobile hotspot = use 4G IP?

Hello,

is it possible to setup such combination?

Need to use MOBILE IP of mobile operator in another country.

If we connect 4g dongle or share mobile hotspot internet to DDWRT router and connect, for example, to VPN server on this DDWRT via cable WAN internet - can we use mobile operator 4g external IP in this situation?

Is it possible in any way?


Final aim - to get mobile IP in another country on my PC.
