Slow Wifi and LAN for TP-Link ARCHER-C7 v5

I'm using TP-Link ARCHER-C7 v5 with DD-WRT v3.0-r53843 std (11/01/23) and Wifi speed is limited to 20Mbps, LAN is limited to 60Mpbs.
While my connection is 250Mpbs through my ISP:

Any help would be much appreciated.
QoS is disabled

Have you tried other Speed Sites? When I tested for speed UP & down, many sites showed poor with the upload count, but the download was constant. I have 300/300 Verizon FiOS.
This was wired, not wireless.
I have a v4 C7.
