Hi, first time poster.

I haven't seen a lot of posts in a long while on this router model, and I've already tried (by going through the beta testing process) about a dozen versions about a year ago, and while the router stayed MOSTLY stable (setting 5GHz settings and channels required some finagling and sometimes crash-rebooted the router if I had the stuff wrong) I had a continual issue with some connections throttling down after a period of time, typically FTP connections.

I ruled out the ISP being the issue, because two other routers (one TP-Link Archer C2, one TP-Link TL-WR1043ND) and a direct connect to the modem, all got stable throughput on the FTP connection for hours. And when I did it on stock firmware I didn't have this issue either, but stock firmware leaves MUCH to be desired for this model in terms of configuring ANYTHING more advanced than "Forward TF2 for me!"

Is there anyone who uses DIR-860L A1 model, and has a firmware they've used that remains stable and good, or have I gotten a bunko device and need to find other options?

Last flash reports I've seen are for 40559, which is a junk build and can brick it. I would try the current release:

https://download1.dd-wrt.com/dd-wrtv2/downloads/betas/2020/06-25-2020-r43516/dlink-dir860l-a1/

Please report in the build release thread after flashing.
