WARNING:DO NOT flash this experimental test build unless you know the risks and recovery methods. Report here to provide important info for developers and users. Always state your hardware model & version, mode (e.g. Repeater) and SPECIFIC build (e.g. netgear-r7000-webflash). Avoid discussions and create a new thread for specific problems or questions as this thread is not for support, and posts may be deleted or moved.
Important: if reporting any issues, provide applicable info (GUI syslog, `dmesg`, `cat /var/log/messages`, etc.)
Or put into SVN ticket. For firewall issues, also provide "iptables" info (`iptables -L`, `iptables -t nat -L`, & the /tmp/.ipt file).
Notes: 1. SFE accelerated NAT is in 33006+ builds but only in kernel 3.2 and newer 2. 'KRACK' vulnerability fixes were completed in r33555 for non-Broadcom.
3. PBR/UDP with SFE working again since r40513 (see 6729)
4. CAKE scheduler changes "completed" with r41057 (see 5796) & FQ_CODEL_FAST with r41027 (reset first!)
5. Reset button was broken in 40571; fixed in build 40750.
6. CVE-2019-14899 VPN fix (r41784: applicability depends on VPN setup) and GUI toggle (r41812): ticket 6920, 6928, 6931, 6932
7. In-kernel samba now used and default min/max versions have changed, so change them if needed: 6954, 6957
Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported: 1. DNScrypt is mostly only using v2 protocols now, but requires Golang that DD can't use (without entware):6246
Template example to copy (after "Code:") for posting issues, be sure to include the mode in use (gateway, AP, CB, etc.):

If not, set it to mixed, apply and reboot, then see if it makes a difference. _________________ Router: Linksys WRT3200ACM WLAN0 and 1 have same SSID

Alright, I chose the wrong time to flash ddwrt. I'm pretty sure I half bricked myself.
I had ddwrt on my 3200acm for a few years and switched back to the stock firmware when I saw it was updated in January. It was fine but I was noticing some weird issues every now and then but I was being lazy about switching back. I decided to do that today after a server I was running was constantly dropping internet friends but wasn't dropping me.
I flashed this version of the factory-to-ddwrt and I couldn't get to the web interface but the internet is working when I connect to the open DD-WRT network. I download putty and try to connect via ssh and telnet. It refuses to do either. I try the power off/on/off thing to switch partitions. No dice.
I have internet on an open network but I can't get to any admin interface. Any ideas? I just wanted to play minecraft with my friends.
EDIT: Nevermind. I'm actually a little retarded. I switched to http instead of https and it happily lets me into the web interface.

no reset
update from GUI
my 2 bands have problems, wifi disconnection, it was the same with the last build I had, R42335 and still the same. And not sure but my cpu temp seems to be pretty high??
Temperatures: CPU 75.1 °C / WL0 49.1 °C / WL1 50.6 °C
EDIT: I reflashed to older build, same thing so I tried the last stable openwrt build, no problem, no dropping wifi, no disconnection....

Mixed mode has always been problematic for me. So far, the best and most dependable has been forcing "N" at a 20MHz spread. When I start mixing modes, things seem to be worse. Then the Coup de grace to keep things going is a reboot every 24 hours in the middle of the night.

Hi all,
I use the following installation model for ddwrt, on the first partition i use the latest firmware version from Linksys, and on the second partition I use dd-wrt, every time I use the factory-to install from the linksys web interface, for installation I use the waterfox browser 2020.03.1 (64-bit) never write on both sides ddwrt!
This firmware version runs well on wrt1900acs v2!
In this version, the allocation to IPv6 after making changes in the web interface works!!!!!!
Details with the wireless configuration and other details can be found in the link below!

It seems that the problem with allocating to ipv6 after making changes from the web interface in the wifi settings seems to stop allocating after saving the desired changes ...
I'll leave some logs ...
