I have moved into an apartment building that has internet access provided to all the tenants. There is a powered switch in my unit I can plug my pc into and I have internet access without providing any login credentials. I believe this complex is using ipoe and not pppoe.

For wifi access, we need to plug in our own wifi router. Set the wan connection type to 'automatic configuration - DHCP' Upon doing that, my wan setup shows this.

WAN IP Address: 192.168.128.254
Subnet Mask: 255.255.240.0
Gateway 192.168.128.2

Base on the above information, am I able to setup a home web server?
