as I posted this I noticed I have lots of packet loss from my dd-wrt over wifi Smile

Ok, changed connection to 5GHz, things are stable.
Looking around, there is too much noise on 2.4GHz in my neighborhood Confused

I have an R7000P that the 2.4 band is used as a wireless client. I literally could disable all 2.4 radios in the house except on the main router and likely be okay. That reminds me, I need to test the desktop, iPad, and Android phone all connected to 5GHz band at the same time to see if it still craps out. Maybe finally some of the recent fixes fixed that nonsense.
