Openvpn no default gateway

Hi I have Linksys WRT3200ACM DD-WRT v3.0-r40559

I need Openvpn to secured RDP,tried this tutorial

DG in the server is 192.168.16.254
I defined the IP on network to 192.168.16.0
I successes to connect ,but client get only

IPv4 Address. . . . . . . . . . . : 192.168.16.2
   Subnet Mask . . . . . . . . . . . : 255.255.255.0
   Default Gateway . . . . . . . . . :

Whats wrong? Thanks
