Hi guys, I'm sorry to ask for help but I searched the forum and the web and I didn't find anything. I'm experiencing a very annoying issue: I'm running ddwrt in pppoe mode, in a router (AC 3200 - ddwrt v3.0-r40932) connected to a modem, and my wan IP keeps on changing every night at 10pm. I really need to disable this behaviour.
This is the log:
Code: Sep 25 22:00:00 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : pppd : pppoe process successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:00 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : inadyn : dynamic dns daemon successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:00 Sislynk DDWRT daemon.info pppd[23566]: Exit.
Sep 25 22:00:00 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : redial : ppp redial daemon successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT daemon.notice pppd[31991]: pppd 2.4.7 started by root, uid 0
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : ppp_redial : redial process successfully started
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : dnsmasq : daemon successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : dnsmasq : daemon successfully started
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : wland : daemon successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : wland : daemon successfully started
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : wan : WAN is up. IP: 79.x.x.x
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : process_monitor : daemon successfully stopped
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : process_monitor : successfully started
Sep 25 22:00:01 Sislynk DDWRT user.info : ddns : inadyn daemon successfully started
I really hope you guys can shed some light on this strange behaviour! Thank you!
PS: logs are a little bit old but they are identical to the new ones.

This sounds like it could be an ISP issue. Check your modem logs as well and see what it says (usually 192.168.100.1).
Try backing up your settings and reverting to stock. If it still happens on stock, that should give you a good indicator.

Also check the SETUP Tab --> PPPoE --> "advanced settings".
There you are able to specify automatic reconnect.
Does this happen with the device issued by your ISP?

I tried disabling the automatic reconnect, which I thought was a way to automatically reconnect in case of disconnection, and it seems to be working. Thank everybody for the help.
