|
Hello guys,
This is my first post and I'd like to inquire about some functionalities regarding the "dd-wrt", Can I use the "raspberry pi" along with "dd-wrt" to control the data usage of each "IP address" that's connected to the router, for example, if I have 3 persons connected to my router with a static IP address and I want to give them only few data to use (e.g 100 MB) or let them use the internet for , say, 3 hours. Can I do that through a raspberry pi and then I control/adjust the date usage limit through a website that I should create such as "dd-wrt"? |

i have no idea, how you gonna achieve this via Pi..
and im not familiar with Pi at all...
I do have something similar called "quota's" but i use
Gargoyle OS (router firmware) for this...
where you can specify size or pipe..provided to the
users at specific time and ect.
if your router is compatible with it...look for gargoyle os in ggl... _________________ Atheros
