I have 2 DHCP servers running on the same subnet. 1 of the DHCP servers is WR1043ND V2 running DDWRT build 40559 and i am wondering how will i be able to force the clients connected to this router via wireless or wired to access and connect to this DHCP server instead of the other one. Somehow it reaches the other DHCP server instead of this ddwrt dhcp server. I am using DNSMasq as well.

You can't, you have to specify different ipranges/subnets or you risk exactly the issue you are having. Why are you doing it this way vs having the one router do all dhcp and then the second router acting as a switch/simple AP?

Its cause the first router i have to have it as it is required by my ISP and also i require it for Wifi to cover a certain area. this router does not have a dhcp forwarder as well. As for the ddwrt router i am using it as i have openvpn server and for me to redirect traffic to my local dns server (the ISP provided one dosent allow to change DNS). Is there any possible way for me redirect all dns traffic from my first router?

so...not very clear what you want to achieve may be
draw a pic or try another way..

did you change the 1034v2 GUI IP to something like
192.168.3.1 first, so its not on the same subnet like ISP router?

lets suppose, first is a ISP modem router Wi-Fi...than how your Wi-Fi clients get connected if there is no DHCP ??...
than the second router is your DDWRT (1043v2)...

and third you are concerned that the ISP is forcing your DNS...

Are you connected to ISP modem/router only via WiFi ??

If not the only option is to use encrypted DNS that is not using port 53 bt but 853(tls) or 443 (https)..or
even DNScypt..for all that you'd need your 1043v2 to be running NAT (Gateway mode) and
DNSmasq for DNS and DHCP..& Forced DNS ...so called standard configuration...

Check my signature there are 2 links how to use deploy/use stubby for DNS over Tls...
and about DNSCrypt too...in that way you will go around your ISP forced DNS...

if you meant something else, than im out.. i just didn't get you right..
