TP-Link WR841NV7 upgrade fail

Hi, all

I have upgrade my WR841N v7 to dd-wrt build 40559 from 37305 by web flash. Everything seems fine.

And then I try to upgrade to another build such as build 40527 or 36410 by web flash. But it always reports "Upgrade fail" after 10min upgrade.

I have no idea what I am missing?
Please help.

BTW, I also try to flash factory-to-ddwrt.bin and wr841nv7_webrevert.bin. and it still report the same fail.
