As you may have noticed I have not been able to follow dd-wrt development for a few weeks now.
Due to changes in life I don't have time anymore to continue compile/test/publish any custom builds anymore.
It is simply to time consuming, especially since I moved to openwrt.
It's been a fun time, but now it is time to move on.
I've started with DD-WRT when I was looking to upgrade my Linksys Wireles "B" router to the new upcoming Wireless "G" routers. I statrted using modified Kong builds when I made the move to a new Wireless "N" Routers and now on R7800s and R7000s on Kong's 39855M. DD-WRT has the best commiunty IMO and will be testing BrainSlyers when needed. I am too familier with DD-WRT to jump to OpenWRT. Work and family life keeps to busy to even test OpenWRT.
Kong thanks for your Builds, All the Best to You!! _________________ Home Network on Telus 1Gb PureFibre - 10GbE Copper Backbone

First, I want to say thank you Kong for such a great stable DD-WRT firmware for the R7800. I love all the hard work you put in to making our routers stable and better than the stock firmware could go. I will defiantly look in to your OpenWRT builds once you get the bugs out of OpenWRT for R7800
Anyone know where I can get the last stable Kong DD-WRT build for the R7800 router? Was looking at updating today from the 10/28/2018 build to find all the downloads gone

It's like the whole OpenWRT / LEDE fun that came full circle, but this one... are we being pranked or did he really gather up his marbles and storm off heading home...

tough loss if he stays away.... hopefully he keeps posting kongpro/openwrt builds...
for now it seems the dd-wrt ftp folders are down... maybe the server got bunked like back in March 2019, but the notice is there.... _________________ FORUM RULES
Although I only recently discovered your builds (November 2018), I am very grateful that you helped me turn my otherwise crappy EA8500 in to a very usable router.
I wish you all the best in the future, and will be actively following development of Kong Pro. _________________ Active devices:
