Hi.

I want to run my WRT54GL v1.1 in Repeater or Repeater Bridge mode, wirelessly connected to my Linksys EA6350, so I can have Wi-Fi coverage in more of my yard. I was able to burn and boot DD-WRT v24 ( 05/24/08 ) mini - build 9526.

I've read the introductory/rules threads and understand that I'm supposed to use a recent stable build on my router but I haven't been able to find a list of stable builds or a thread that discusses stable builds. Can someone help me choose a build to use?

Thanks!

Shocked You shouldn't run anything older than 14929. The Peacock lists several builds actually, but they are all old.

This question has come up many times just this year. Do a search for `wrt54* AND build` and find subjects with `wrt54` in them. A few examples:

Hi, again

I ended up using DD-WRT v3.0-r40065 std (06/20/2019) and it seems to be working fine. Thanks again for your help.
