Note: for wget (or curl) with CLI flash (`write {f/w} linux`), change the https to http, use `curl -k {link} -o {file}`, or use ftp

Changelogs:
SVN* changelog since last build: 40559
Summary: (deprecated after 29739)
*Github mirror: https://github.com/mirror/dd-wrt/

Notes:
1. SFE accelerated NAT is in 33006+ builds but only in kernel 3.2 and newer
2. 'KRACK' vulnerability fixes were completed in r33678 for Broadcom, including k26 (33655) & k24 (33656); use 33772 or later.
3. Bridge modes on k4.4 devices may sometimes work in some configurations in certain builds but are not supported by the bcmdhd driver. Use client or repeater instead as WDS doesn't work with Broadcom ARM either (see Issues below).
4. PBR/UDP with SFE working again since r40513 (see 6729)
4. CAKE scheduler added since r40547 (see 5796)

Issues, observations, and/or workarounds reported:
1. Trendnet 81*DRU models are missing factory-to-flash
2. DNScrypt is mostly only using v2 protocols now, but requires Golang that DD can't use: 6246
3. WDS does not work on Broadcom ARM devices (only MIPS<->MIPS)
4. K2.6 builds are broken since 38253(?) (GUI issues): 6538
5. VAPs not working at boot; workaround startup command:
sleep 10;stopservice nas;stopservice wlconf;startservice wlconf;startservice nas
This may finally be fixed (again) with r40564:40566...

Important: if reporting any issues, provide applicable info (GUI syslog, `dmesg`, `cat /var/log/messages`, etc.)
Or put into SVN ticket. For firewall issues, also provide "iptables" info (`iptables -L`, `iptables -t nat -L`, & the /tmp/.ipt file).

Template to copy (after "Code:") for posting issues, be sure to include the mode in use (gateway, AP, CB, etc.):
Code:
[b]Router/Version: [/b]
[b]File: [/b]
[b]Kernel: [/b]
[b]Mode: [/b]
[b]Status: [/b]

Router/Version: Asus RT-AC68U
File: asus_rt-ac68u-firmware.trx
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r40634 std (08/14/19)
Kernel: Linux 4.4.189 #743 SMP PREEMPT Wed Aug 14 08:13:03 +04 2019 armv7l
Mode: Gateway/AP
Status: Downloaded this build to test CAKE QoS. Very broken with upload (40mbps). Regardless of what I set the limit to, the bufferbloat averages over 300ms when testing. When setting the limit to ~20000, every destination has an additional >150ms, even when idle.

Upload, no QoS - minor spikes and packet loss
Upload, FQ_CODEL - very minor spikes, A/A+ rating on dslreports
Upload, CAKE - major ping spikes, C rating on dslreports

Status: Seems to be working well :)

Router/Version: Linksys E900
Firmware: dd-wrt.v24-40634_NEWD-2_K3.x_mega-e900.bin

Just a follow up with CAKE QoS, I discovered the bug, and it's a setting that should have zero effect, but for some reason that's not the case. Seeing as CAKE has only recently been added, I suppose there might be a few bugs to iron out.

I use a couple of Priority rules for 192.168.1.1 & 192.168.2.1 (Virtual network). The Max Up & Max Down settings should only work when in Manual mode. For some reason if I set Max Up to 2000 or below, CAKE doesn't function properly, even though the setting is GREYED OUT and therefore should not affect anything in any way. Other queue types are not affected by this setting (nor should they be). Image attached.

Router/Version: Asus RT-AC68U rev C1
File: asus_rt-ac68u-firmware.trx
Firmware: DD-WRT v3.0-r40634 std (08/14/19)
Kernel: Linux 4.4.189 #743 SMP PREEMPT Wed Aug 14 08:13:03 +04 2019 armv7l
Mode: Gateway/AP
Status: Seems to work well so far. Has jffs support been removed from the builds? My previous build 40048 had it but the option to enable it has disappeared from the admin page and it’s not mounted.
Startup script that used to reside in /Jffs/etc/config does not execute from /opt/etc/config

I noticed the 'logout' trick winds up blocking you for five minutes. What browser are you using? Do you have local and remote web/ssh/telnet management enabled? Also, you could've put the log entries in a text file and attached it to a post...
