Asked this question a while ago and it led to a lot of exploration. Thanks for all the responses. I learned a lot.
I understand that I may have to use a different build for my 1200 due to the growing size of the BS builds.
Note the main purpose of these routers is to provide security & speed; NO WiFi at all is enabled.
It seems that to get a smaller build for the 1200, I may have to settle for openSSL at version 1.1.1b vs 1.1.1c ?
Which would mean r40134 for the 1200v2? It being the last build that will fit into both partitions on a 1200v2.
Which builds would be the best for each of these routers, 1200v2 & second for the 3200acm's?
