As described in the title i am looking for help, running optware on a Pogoplug Pro device.I am running it from a USB stick without any real issues (samba2 for a couple of years) and was looking to run Swat so i could configure easier. As it happens it was packaged along with the samba i installed so tried to get it running only to find the extra files i needed to download were from a link that no longer works.
Just curious to know if anyone can point me in the right direction to solve my issue?.Thanks for any help offered.

Is there is technical reason you have to use Optware?

Entware https://wiki.dd-wrt.com/wiki/index.php/Installing_Entware is a functional replacement for Optware and is kept updated whereas Optware.

The Optware site shows no sign of development past 2012 on the files at thier Optware Home site http://www2.nslu2-linux.org/wiki/pmwiki.php?pagename=Optware/HomePage or downloadable via FTP at http://ipkg.nslu2-linux.org/feeds/optware/nslu2/cross/stable/
