Has anyone else noticed that the beta site is slow to want to download as of late? I click the file and it takes a solid minute before I am prompted to save. Rebooted the PC's, cleared the cache, tried other machines... very slow...

Seems like it's been lingering since 40400 or so (7/20/19)
