SFE vs. software flow offload ?

ok i'm confused. sfe vs. openwrt flow offloading, are they pretty much the same implementation of qualcomm fastpath?

Almost same shit, with the exception, that sfe is software only and developed by qca, but flow offloading is designed to also utilize special hw if it can if not do it in sw.

Flow offloading is pretty young, but is now a official module for the linux kernel. I assume everyone using sfe, will migrate to flow offloading and sfe will die.

Last time I checked it only worked with K4.14 and there were no plans to back port it, but that might have changed (hopefully)
