|
I own a Linksys E1200 v1. I use the WiFi to do typical things like gaming, streaming movies, and browsing the web, but of all the things, my wife and I can't access amazon.com on our Android phones (or the CapitalOne app) over WiFi.
I can't load amazon.com via:
- Moto G5 over home WiFi
- Moto G6 over home WiFi
But I can load amazon.com fine via:
- phone over LTE
- phone over the library's WiFi
- laptop over WiFi
When I say "won't load", what I mean is that the progress bar in the browser moves maybe 10% and then just hangs (see attached image) until I get "This site can't be reached" (ERR_CONNECTION_CLOSED). It seems like maybe a DNS or proxy issue, but my laptop works just fine over WiFi and both phones work fine over LTE.
When connected to my home WiFi, my phone shows that "Proxy" is set to "None" and "IP settings" is set to "DHCP"
Any ideas what is going wrong or how to debug this? |
