Has anyone managed to test this router yet with ddwrt?

There's no information about this device as far as what hardware it is that I can find other than the official Linksys Firmware available for download is from April 2019 and that there is no GPL download. Most likely it could be either a MediaTek or Marvell device (doubtful it is Atheros), not Broadcom. Only way to know is get a serial and CFE dump and possibly crack it open and take detailed pictures .... or send a donation unit to the developers. Not sure if it would fall into the group of new devices that are locked down and not able to flash 3rd party firmware whatsoever. It's not currently supported:
