Hi,
I have a Netgear R7000 router with DD-WRT v3.0-r36698M std 08/22/18
I have enabled QoS by reading the Docs page to give one IP address full speed and limit all other ips.
The issue that I am having right now is that im getting 350Mbit down.
I am supposed to be receiving 1Gbit down and I do when QoS is disabled.
Any ideas what could be happening?

The R7000 is not powerful enough to drive a 1 Gb line. It will stall at 450 mbit/s.

The thing is that when you enable QOS, SFE is disabled.
Your build is quite old, get a newer and QOS and SFE may work together.

For a Gigabit line, you need a R7800.

PS. For the Broadcom driven R7000, it's best to post in the broadcom forum.
